The eye pillow can be applied warm or cold. Use as a cold compress to help relieve headaches, aches and tension. Remove the outer pillowcase and place the pillow in the freezer in a sealed plastic bag for around 30 minutes before use. Use the pillow warm to soothe tired eyes, aids relaxation and promotes a peaceful sleep. Place the inner pillow in the microwave for around 30 seconds. Place a cup of water in the microwave with the eye pillow to prevent the lavender drying out.
