Debbie’s Paintings are too great just for us to see!
Earlier this month we invited our friend Debbie to display her beautiful paintings in our store window.
More than just a statement, Look What Debbie Did is the name of a small art business in Staffordshire.
Founded and run – unsurprisingly – by Debbie, the brand produces high quality watercolour pictures for prints, cards and coasters alike.
Liking her style, we couldn’t resist getting some of her artwork in to share with all of you.
Debbie’s paintings balance vibrant colour with an artistic talent and eye for detail. Who wouldn’t be won over by the sausage dog design?
Or what about this eye-catching card? If Beatrix Potter wrote a love story, we think this is what it would look like!
Debbie has been selling her creative output since 2018. With a background in interior design, she was balancing a busy career with the joys of family life.
Then, after a fortuitous trip to a painting class, Debbie discovered a new passion; and with a new passion, a new career!
More than just a business, Look What Debbie Did is a passion project of one woman making a career doing something she loves.
Debbie also offers her work by commision, ranging from family trees, to family pictures and even portraits of beloved pets.
For those interested in finding their own muse, the Lookwhatdebbiedid YouTube channel offers detailed painting tutorials. The videos are open to all ages and abilities; why not it yourself and make your own masterpiece?
