Delivery
Standard UK Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 2 – 5 working days (unless stated otherwise)
- Orders under 2kg are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class post
- Orders over 2kg are sent via a nominated courier
Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping on UK orders over £40
- Free UK Shipping on Greeting Card orders of two or more cards (excluding glass cards)
- Shipping Costs range from £1.00 up to £4.50
- Automatically calculated at the checkout based on the size and weight of your order
International Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 2 – 5 working days (unless stated otherwise)
- International orders are sent using a Tracked Service
Northern Ireland, the EU and EEA
Unfortunately due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) of December 2024, we are unable to accept or fulfil orders from countries within the EU and EEA, as well as Northern Ireland. We will update this page if/when the situation changes and we sincerely apologise for the disruption.
We are trying to do our bit for the planet so where possible your order will be sent in a reused cardboard box.
Returns
- 14 Days from date of purchase to return your order
- Email [email protected] before sending your order back to us
- Returned orders must be sent back in the original packaging and in the same condition it left our premises
- Your refund will be issued (excluding any shipping costs) within 7 working days of receiving your return
There are several items that are NON-REFUNDABLE:
- Anything that has been made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element
- Pieces that are specifically commissioned when you placed your order
- All jewellery, unless faulty
Faulty & Damaged Goods
- If your order arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt
- Attach a photo of the damaged item to your email
- Where possible, we will send a replacement or repair the item. In cases where this is not possible, we will issue you with a refund
