The heart is laser cut into a painted surface which allows the natural qualities of the wood to show. The striations of the plywood layers are brought to life, within the depth of each branch, leaf and bird making them appear three dimensional.
Each plaque is hand painted apart from the pale grey and white, which have a smooth melamine semi matte finish.
A thin piece of jute has been attached to the top to make it easy to hanging as part a of picture wall.
