Each heart is handmade in the UK. No moulds are used and every single letter is individually stamped into the damp clay. Once the clay has dried, the heart is then fired to over 1000*C. When it's cooled down, a coloured glaze followed by a clear glaze is added to give a glossy shine to the finished piece. It is then fired for a final time. The heart is then fixed with wire and some matching buttons so it can hang on a wall or wall.
