Delivery & Returns Policy

All orders will be despatched within five working days.
Order will be sent 2nd Class Royal Mail Standard, unless over a value of £20 then they will be sent recorded delivery. Worldwide shipping is available, please email us and we will advise a delivery cost.


Returns & Exchanges

If you happen to change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return.


Please contact us via email (handmadedesign.ashbourne@outlook.com) before returning any faulty or damaged items.

If you wish to return your order, it must be in the same condition it left the premises. It must be sent back in its original packaging with the enclosed paperwork.

A full refund will be issued (excluding any postage and packaging costs) within seven working days of receiving your return.

If we receive an order outside of the 14 day returns window, we will not be able to provide a full refund but can still offer you an exchange.

There are several items that are non-refundable:

  • Anything that has been made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can’t be resold due to a bespoke element
  • Pieces that are specifically commissioned when you placed your order
  • All jewellery, unless faulty

Faulty & Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of receipt – please ensure of photo is attached to your email. Where possible, we will either arrange a replacement or repair the item. In cases where this is not possible, we will issue you with a refund.
